The division is responsible for monitoring that all public officials required to submit declarations have done so within the required time frame stipulated in the law and to verify the contents of the declarations for completeness and accuracy
This division is responsible for receiving, processing and managing of declarations. Specifically, the Division coordinates all functions related to the submission of declaration. It is also responsible for the management of the declarations such as file processing, custody and database. The division is also responsible for the processing of the Public Access Application and provide feedback to the applicants.
The Public Education Section implements civic education strategies in keeping with some of the critical functions of the Office of the Director of Public Officers’ Declarations which includes. • Ensuring accessibility of the Declaration of Assets, Liabilities and Business Interests Act by the general public. • Generally, advising public officers concerning their obligations under the Declaration of Assets, Liabilities and Business Interests Act. • Provide technical assistance to listed public officers on the correct method of filling declarations. • Annually publicize in the Gazette
The section is responsible for policy formulation and advisory services, coordinating the ODPODs planning and budgetary activities, monitoring and reporting implementation programs and activities and conducting research on topical issues.

The ICT department is responsible for managing and developing the institution’s technology systems and hardware while ensuring that these systems are available and reliable to staff members and that they are secured against cyber threats. The department is responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, maintaining, and managing software applications, databases, hardware, and networks. The functions of the ICT team includes ensuring the availability of communication systems and, including emails, provide various stake holders with information through website.
